In most cases, unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to adjust an order placed. This is because we have a very fast order flow from placing the order to shipment from our warehouse. We delivery within 1-2 business days with both Postnord & UPS.
We offer free shipping to Denmark! You can choose home delivery with UPS, which costs 50 DKK. No additional fees will be added.
If you can't seen any movement in your tracking link 3 business days after you placed the order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your order on it's way to you! If you haven't received a tracking link 1-2 business days after placing you order, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.
If you have received the wrong procduct or size, please contact customer service at [email protected] and we will help you and correct the error.
If a product is missing in your delivery and you haven't received an email from us regarding the missing item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and we will help you.
Yes we offer free returns to our Danish customers! You have received a return label & a return sheet with instructions in your package. You can read more regarding the return process here.
John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send a return confirmation via email and send your refund. If you haven’t received a return confirmation after 30 days from sending your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your tracking number and we will try to help you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The only thing we request in return is the following:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• All labels must be intact

When giving out a discount code, we always try to inform whether a code can be combined with other offers or not. You can always try to add the code in your checkout, if it isn’t possible to combine with the products you have chosen, the code will simply not be applied.
