Can I change or remove my existed order
In most of the cases, unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to adjust an order placed. This is because we have a very fast order flow from placing the order so that it has been picked and sent from our warehouse. Regardless, you are welcome to contact us by email email@example.com and we will help you as well as we can with your request.
What do I do if I get the wrong product / size in my delivery?
If you have received the wrong procduct or size, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct the error.
What do I do if I’m missing a product on my delivery?
If a product is missing in your delivery, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation.
Please check that the order confirmation is not in your spam folder. If not, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that we have received your order.
How long is the delivery?
To US, EU, NO and Denmark the delivery is 1-2 working days. To the rest of the world it's 1-3 working days.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping worldwide.
To which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to the most countries around the world. Please see list on the checkout or contact us at email@example.com.
Could you please send me a tracking link for my order?
As soon as DHL register your package you will receive a tracking link by mail.
Returns & Exchanges
How much is the return shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns outside EU and Norway at the moment, so we kindly ask you to send it back at your own cost. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to offer more smooth returns. You don’t have to send the package back with UPS you can use a Regular Postal Office to send your return back.
How do I make a return?
To proceed with a return/refund; simply send back your product(s) from your order to our main office and central warehouse, address below: JOHN HENRIC AB Ringugnsgatan 8 216 16 Limhamn Sweden EORI-SE556769-2925 * (for Non-EU member and smooth returns: please mark package as” Returned Goods” and the value of the content.) Excluding this information could cause major delays in handling your return. Please make sure to fill out the included returns detail sheet and make sure that the text is readable. As soon as we’ve received your package return, we will transfer back the money to your account (please allow 2-3 working/bank days) and/or send you the product(s) you want instead. How long does it take for you to process my return?
John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned, or if you inform us of wanting to change the product. You are obligated to pay the shipping cost of return. John Henric will pay to ship replacement products and / or services.
How do I receive the refund?
You will get the refund back to the same account as you paid your order with. If your payment was done with a debit card, you will get the refund to the same account as your card is connected to.
What is our returns policy?
We accept refunds on all our products. We only ask that the following requirements are met: • Please ensure that the items are returned the way we sent them out to you. • All labels and tags must still be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips of products. If you are exchanging, you only need to return the product/products you wish exchange.
How do I exchange?
If you wish to exchange to another product, please return the iteam by sending it to us and then place a new order on at www.johnhenric.com with the desired product.
Where do I enter my discount code?
If you have a discount code you fill it in on the payment page. There you will find a box that says: "Enter discount code". Fill in your discount code and then press "OK".
Can I combine a discount code with other offers?
No, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or sale.]

Please follow enclosed link below for our size guide. You can always measure one of your favorite garments at home and compare with the measurements in our guide.

Will my package be charged with custom and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
