Return Policy

We do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of $20.

Item(s) purchased on johnhenric.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

The return policy applies to item(s) that align with the criteria below:

  • The product(s) must be returned in its original condition
  • All labels must be intact
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, have no marks, stains, odors, perfume or pet hair

If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will charge you a fee of $10, deducted from the total return amount. All items are inspected upon return.

Note: For hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to boxer shorts where the protective plastic/packaging has been removed.

Return Process

  1. Register the return:
    To initiate your return, register your product(s) here. Make sure to have your order number and email address ready.
  2. Prepare your package:
    Place the product(s) in its original packaging. If unavailable, use a suitable shipping box. Separate orders must be returned individually.
  3. Get a return label:
    • Purchase from our portal:
      For a smooth process, we recommend buying your return label through our website. You will be charged $20. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
      Print 1 return label and 3 commercial invoices. Attach the label and 2 invoices on the outside of the package. Keep the third invoice in case the UPS driver requests it.
      Make sure the customs documents are visible and securely fastened using a clear plastic wallet or envelope.

      You may also arrange the return yourself using a trackable and insured shipping method. Please include all of the following information:

      For non-EU members: please mark the package as "Returned Goods" and declare the value of the contents. Missing details may result in undelivered shipments, which we cannot be responsible for.

  4. Drop off the package:
    Drop off your package at the nearest post office or schedule a pickup with the carrier. Keep your tracking number to monitor the return.

Reclaims

John Henric maintains high standards to ensure product quality. If you receive a defective item, please email [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Product name or article number
  • Photo(s) of the defect
  • Description of the defect and how it occurred

Each complaint is manually reviewed and assessed.

Refund

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the day we receive your return. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for the amount to appear in your account. The payment will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Do I get a return confirmation email?
Yes, once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received one within 2–3 business days, please contact us here.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Please return the product(s) and place a new order on our website.
