Return policy
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns worldwide at the moment. We kindly ask you to send it back at your own cost. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to offer more smooth returns. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

To proceed with a return/refund; fill out the included return sheet & simply send back your product(s) from your order to our main office and central warehouse, address below:

  • Please mark package as” Returned Goods” and the value of the content. Excluding this information could cause major delays in handling your return.

Products may be returned by the original purchaser and within 30 working days of initial receipt. John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, simply return products and place a new order on wanted size/items. If you used a discount code at your first purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.

How long does it take for you to process my return?
John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send a return confirmation via email and send your refund. If you haven’t received a return confirmation after 30 days from sending your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your tracking number and we will try to help you.

Do I get a return confirmation?
Yes, once we have received and processed your return we will send a return confirmation and refund. Please note it might take 1-3 banking days before the refund is visible in your account.
