Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $70.

Orders under $70 are shipped with a $7 freight cost.

Delivery Details

  • All orders are delivered Monday to Friday with UPS.
  • Orders are processed the same day or the day after you place your order.
  • At checkout, you’ll see all delivery options and estimated times after entering your address.
  • Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping Methods

  • UPS - Expedited Home: 3–5 business days – $10 FREE for orders over $70
  • UPS - Express Delivery Home: 1–3 business days – $19
  • FedEx International Connect Plus : 3–5 business days – $8 FREE for orders over $70

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by our carriers. During high-volume periods like special promotions or Black Week, deliveries may take longer. We always do our best to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your package is on its way.

If you haven’t received the email within 1–2 business days, please check your junk folder or contact us here.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged a $10 fee, deducted from the total return amount. If you no longer want your package, you must receive and return it to avoid the "not collected" status.

VAT & Customs Duties

No additional charges. John Henric covers all customs clearance fees, import duties, and VAT.

If you are unexpectedly charged by UPS, please contact us here and we will take care of it.

Change Delivery Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us here immediately.

Depending on the order status, changes might not be possible. Once confirmed, no changes can be made to the address, products, or sizes. Please double-check your details before completing the purchase.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, contact us here as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation before the order is processed. If the order has already shipped, you can follow our return process here.
