Delivery Details


John Henric offers free shipping for all orders over €70. All other orders are shipped with a €6 freight cost.

We deliver to all EU countries between Monday to Friday with UPS.

All orders are processed the same day or the day after you have placed your order. You can find a full list of all our delivery options and an estimated personalized delivery time at checkout when you fill in your address.

Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On special occasions such as special promotions and holidays, orders can arrive outside the estimated timeframe due to increased order volume. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your package as fast as possible. Due to high pressure during Black Week deliveries may be delayed a bit. We are doing everything we can to ensure that you receive your package as fast as possible.

You will receive a shipment confirmation to your email-address once your package is on its way. There will also be a tracking link in the email where you can track your package.

Please note: we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

  • DHL Parcel Connect (2-5 business days) €6 Standard delivery/FREE delivery over €70

  • UPS - Standard Home (2-6 business days) - €9 Standard delivery/FREE delivery over €70

  • UPS - Express Deliver Home (1-2 business days) - €14 Express delivery

  • UPS - Express Delivery for Malta & Cyprus (1-2 business days) - €14 Express deliver

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not collected will be charged with a fee of €10 that will be deducted from the total return amount. If you don’t want the package anymore, you need to receive the package and then return it for it to not be registered as a "not collected”.

Do I need to pay for VAT or Custom Duties?

All our deliveries are handled by DDP which means that John Henric covers all costs for customs clearance fees, import duties, and VAT. If you by any chance receive an import fee from UPS, we kindly ask you to contact us here and we will take care of it.

Delivery notification

As soon as your order has been sent from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link to your shipment. Use the tracking link to follow your order. If you haven’t received a delivery notification 1-2 business days after you place your order, please check your junk folder in case the confirmation email ended up there before you contact us here for assistance.

Change delivery address

Please contact us here immediately if you have placed your order with an incorrect address. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to change the delivery address. After your order has been confirmed we won’t be able to make any changes. This means that we won’t be able to change size, change products, or add more products and therefore we urge customers to double-check their address an extra time before the purchase is completed.

Cancel your order

For a cancelation request we kindly ask you to contact us here as soon as you have placed your order. As our main priority is to make sure that your order will be delivered as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to cancel your order before it is processed. If we are unable to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to follow our easy and smooth return process.

Where is my order?

We kindly ask you to use the tracking link that you received in your shipping confirmation email to locate your shipment. If the status of the order hasn’t been updated in 2-3 business days, we kindly ask you to contact us here and we will help you.
