Price & Payment

Each product is displayed inclusive of VAT. In the basket you can see the total price including taxes, shipping and payment. Due to Brexit and new regulations, additional fee's such as custom duties might be applied to your parcel once it arrives to UK. Contact your local customs department to get to know more. Our partner Adyen guarantees that every purchase will be safe and that your card details are protected. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex as well as PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

John Henric offers free shipping on all orders above £60. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days to UK, packages are sent with UPS. Once you proceed to checkout and fill in your details, all shipping options, costs and delivery times will be displayed. You can read more about deliveries here.

In cases where John Henric have reason to doubt the buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, John Henric no obligation to implement the supply and shall have the right to stop the products during transport, unless the buyer make the advance payment for delivery and other claims resulting in the business relationship or contributory safety that can reasonably be accepted by John Henric.

Customs & Import Charges

We do not charge our customers for Customs & Import Charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Whenever you return an item, a charge of 4,9 GBP will be applied as a handling fee, which will be subtracted from the overall refund amount. Products may be returned by the original purchaser and within 30 working days of receiving the parcel. Please note: John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned. When ordering a product / service you will be asked to fill in your personal information. Upon purchase, you agree that this information is stored in accordance with John Henric privacy policy in order to complete our agreement for our customers. John Henric is obliged by law to keep that information stored and in the privacy of someone else.

Force Majeure

John Henric not responsible for non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, directly or indirectly obstruct, hinder or makes the production, delivery or shipping uneconomical until the obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances should be deemed to include difficulties in raising raw materials and other difficulties and disorders, including but not limited to, war, riots, labor disputes, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, lack of transport, hindrance or interruption in case of transport by sea breakdowns or interruptions of any kind relating to our equipment or facilities, as are deemed necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.
