Return Policy

All returns are subject to a £5.9 handling fee deducted from the refund.

We have extended returns until 7th of January 2026 on orders made after the 6th of November 2025.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, perfume, or pet hair

Returns not meeting these criteria will incur a £10 fee.

Products bought/ordered in physical stores cannot be returned online

Note: For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts with removed packaging are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Register your return: Use our return portal with your order number and email: Here
  2. Prepare the package:
    Use original packaging or a suitable alternative. Return separate orders individually.
  3. Print documents:
    - 1x return label
    - 3x commercial invoices
    Attach 2 invoices + label to the outside. Keep 1 invoice for UPS if needed.
  4. Drop off or schedule pickup:
    Visit a UPS Service Point or call UPS. Keep your tracking number safe.

Reclaims

If your product is defective, email [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Product name or article number
  • Photos of the defect
  • Description of the defect and how it occurred

Each claim is manually reviewed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return.

Allow 2–3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
