We deliver to UK within 1-5 business days depending on the delivery service you choose in the checkout. We try our best to delivery as fast as possible but since Brexit delays might occur on some parcels, we thank you for your understanding.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your order on its way to you! If you haven't received a tracking link after 1-2 business days after placing you order, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.

If a product is missing in your delivery and you haven't received an email from us regarding the missing item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] and we will help you.
John Henric shall, subject to our return policy, repay what you paid for the product and / or service as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the product is returned. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send a return confirmation via email and send your refund. If you haven’t received a return confirmation after 30 days from sending your return, please contact us at [email protected] with your tracking number and we will try to help you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The only thing we request in return is the following:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
• All labels must be intact
